Installation Steps

1. Side handle installation. Rotate the side handle to change the tightness of the wire wheel to adjust the pull force.
2. Lead line through the guide line wheel. The Lead wire passes through the corresponding lead line wheel, and the side handle gathers and presses the wire on the wire groove of the corresponding wire wheel.
3. Front conduit installation. Front conduit needs to maintain horizontal position with the slot.
4. Rear conduit installation. Rear conduit needs to stay horizontal with the line guide position on the corresponding guide line wheel.
5. Line reel installation. Tighten the screws and keep the line reel free to rotate.
6. Battery installation. Check if the battery bayonet is fastened.

Replacement of wearing parts

• Lead replacement. 5 mm of three strands or 1.2 – 1.5 mm of single steel wire lead is recommended.
• Wire wheel replacement. Loosen the top nut of the lead line wheel and then remove the pressure plate of the guide wheel
• Wear sleeve replacement. Remove the screws and replace the wear sleeve. 6 mm large hole wear sleeve applies to three strands lead line and plastic lead line while 4 mm small hole wear sleeve for single strand wire leads.

Charging Operation

The red light indicates charging, and the green light indicates full charge.

Maintenance Operation

For each half-day of continuous work, beat the bottom of the turbine box to improve the lubricating effect of the worm wheel. After working 200 hours, remove the cover under the box and inject 5 g of high temperature grease from the vortex rod.
